MIC is currently only accepting piano donations.
Step 1. If you are interested in making an in-kind gift, please review MIC's gift acceptance policy and procedures HERE.
Step 2. After reviewing our policies, if you would like MIC to consider accepting an in-kind gift, please fill out this form.
Step 3. If your gift is accepted, you will need to complete and sign this form before MIC can accept delivery.
