MIC Academy Brother/Sister Violinists Open Northbrook Symphony Season

Music Institute of Chicago Academy students Joshua and Isabella Brown were featured on the Northbrook Symphony Orchestra's kick-off concert September 24 at heely Center for the Performing Arts, Glenbrook North High School.  Soloists in Sarasate's "Navarra," the brother and sister violinists are both winners in the 19th annual Walgreens National Concerto Competition, and have numerous other solo awards to their names. Both study with Almita and Roland Vamos in the Music Institute of Chicago's Academy.
