MIC student pianist David Zhao wins Deerfield H.S. Concerto Competition!

Congratulations to David Zhao, winner of the Deerfield High School Concerto Competition!
David, age 17, is a Lake Forest Campus piano student of Carol Honigberg.  He was one of 4 winners and the only pianist to be selected.  He played the Mendelssohn Concerto No. 1 in G minor, First Movement - Molto Allegro.
David will play with the Deerfield Symphony High School Orchestra during the first week of May.
